The private garden with hot tub is checked daily by Richard (who knows his stuff, if you know what I mean).
Visit the Llywelyn Monument (0.5 miles), explore Builth Wells (3 miles), or venture to the visitor centre (25 miles south). The cottage is just a short walk from local shops and pubs (0.5 miles). Pwllyn can be extended by including two adjacent cottages for larger groups.
