Beautiful and peaceful location! The area is stunning, surrounded by small hills, and the enclosed garden is lovely and well-maintained. The house is equipped with pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just a short five-minute walk up the hill and you can get fresh eggs every day – such a nice touch! If I could suggest anything, it would be to have faster internet and access to Netflix or Prime, as we enjoy watching a series before bed. During our stay, there was a bee nest on the side of the house, so they were around quite a bit, but it wasn’t a major issue.Overall, we absolutely loved the place and will definitely be coming back!

Great holiday cottage. Second time coming here with a 10 year gap between the coming. Some changes made to the property since then which has added more space and has more of a homely feel. The cottage has everything we needed to spend the time relaxing. Everything was clean too.Only a few changes I would make to the property. First being is not to store the fire lighters for the fire/BBQ in with the glasses because they all smelled of petrol and we were put of using them. The other would be is to trim the trees down a bit at the bottom of the garden and to the side as we no longer saw the beautiful views into the distance as before. The mattress in the main bedroom is too soft and over hangs the bedframe, especially the right side as you look at the bed, leading me to half fall out the bed during the night. We also felt maybe a couple of bar stools would be good in the lounge to look out of the window for wildlife watching and looking at the views from inside as the sofas are too low for this.Otherwise this is a wonderful well looked after property in a wonderful location. We will be back again for a third time in the future.
